This sublime terracotta jar, from the Han Dynasty period, fits perfectly into the flourishing production of painted vases of the period. Its majestic decoration extends over the whole piece and is organized in registers separated by concentric orange circles. Red triangles adorn the neck of this impressive vase, while green, purple and red scrolls representing clouds and the celestial world flourish on the body.<\/p>\n
